For Our Patients:

At Skin MD, we take pride in offering high-quality dermatological products to support your skincare journey. To ensure product integrity, patient safety, and hygiene, we have established the following No Returns Policy for all retail items:

No Returns or Refunds

All retail product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Unsuitability for skin type
  • Individual preferences regarding texture, scent, or appearance

Exceptions to Policy

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Product Defect
    If the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon purchase, please notify us within 7 days of the purchase date. We will assess the product and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund.
  2. Documented Allergic Reaction
    If a patient experiences a clinically confirmed allergic reaction, as determined and documented by a Skin MD provider, we may authorize a refund or exchange after clinical evaluation. Reactions must be reported within 7 days of product use for consideration.

Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for any request regarding defective products or adverse reactions.
